In order to achieve the goal of being carbon neutral, we reduce the greenhouse gas emissions across our operations by leveraging the power of nature. We take the initiative to launch the afforestation project by planting the taxus chinensis, which is expected to remove 30.64t of CO2.
WHAT is Carbon Neutral?
Carbon neutral is the balance between emitting carbon and absorbing carbon emissions from carbon sinks, that is, removing as much CO2 from the atmosphere as we emit, which ensures a healthy planet for present and future generations.
WHY?
Some studies have found that anxiety over climate change is a growing phenomenon. Carbon dioxide is a major cause of the changing climate which triggers a wide range of natural disasters and negatively affects human health.
We are committed to being carbon neutral because we believe that human well-being depends on the health of the planet, and vice versa.
HOW?
Each tree can absorb about 31 lbs. of carbon dioxide each year.
We track and measure the carbon footprint of our products in the entire supply chain, including every stage from the supply of materials and the manufacture of the goods through to their distribution and sale.
